Lille fighting to secure Premier League target Gomes in a new contract deal

The English midfielder is set to become a free agent in June as his current contract with Lille will expire. He will be eligible to enter into discussions with other clubs for a potential pre-contract agreement starting from January 1st.

The Telegraph says several Premier League teams are keen, without identifying those involved.

Gomes left Manchester United for LOSC in 2020.
