The LA

Clippers 2024-25 City Edition uniform is Chapter Two of the story arc, celebrating the love of basketball that defines the city, culture and organization. Designed by renowned LA-based artist Jonas Wood—a lifelong basketball fan and Clippers season ticket holder—the uniform features a refreshed Pacific blue colorway for the base. It blends retro and modern styles, drawing inspiration from the Clippers’ 1980s uniforms and incorporating distinctive basketball elements.

Behind the design:

The “Clips” Wordmark is a custom drawing by Jonas Wood. The nickname Wordmark also pays homage to classic Clippers Wordmarks. Also featuring Jonas Wood’s signature basketball illustration to dot the “i”.

The Pacific Blue colorway is associated with the Clippers’ nautical heritage.

The jock tag anthem features custom drawings of Wood’s signature basketballs, as well as his iconic plants that overlap the “Clippers” Wordmark and “2024-25” in Wood’s hand-drawn style.

The shorts feature a custom logo drawing, incorporating key basketball illustrations into the Clippers secondary logo.
